  • We offer in-house abstracting which allows us to have most searches completed within 24 to 48 hours.
  • In our commitment to providing convenient statewide service, we will perform in-house, satellite, and mail-away closings.
  • We order termite inspections, surveys, and payoffs. We personally make every effort to clear the title of any defects that may be present to expedite the closing transaction.
  • We have competitive rates, and we are willing to make adjustments when special circumstances arise.
  • We will give full re-issue credit when presented with an owner’s title policy not older than two years.
